In a major step forward in its pledge to disrupt the cycle of homelessness in Orange County, the Illumination Foundation on Sunday dedicated its second emergency family shelter for homeless families with children – an eight-bedroom home in Anaheim that will provide a warm and safe haven for families working to regain self-sufficiency.
